Chemical analysis of raw materials and nonferrous metallurgy products
VNIItsvetmet Institute performs chemical analysis of mine rocks, non-ferrous metals ores, dressing products and products of metallurgical processing.
Determination of precious metals (gold, silver) content.
Analysis methods:
- classical assaying
- combination of assay concentration and atomic-absorption and atomic-emission spectrometry;
- extraction-atomic-absorption (gold) and atomic-absorption (silver) methods.
Analysis of non-ferrous and rare metals
Determination of lead, zinc, cadmium, indium, thallium, bismuth, alloys (lead-antimonious, zinc-aluminum alloys) content.
Analysis methods:
- atomic-emission spectrometry
- atomic-absorption spectrometry;
- ICP-AES, etc.
